Hello, my name is John and I run all of Turbulent Audio. I design and assemble all pedals in my room located in northern New Jersey. I began building pedals in 2022 with clones and subsequently designing my own circuits.

As a musician, I'm primarily a bassist and started playing in 2010. I started building pedals to expand my sound without having to buy the gear and quickly turned into a passion that I wanted to share.

Turbulent Audio is an interdisciplinary venture for me that encompasses engineering, art, and business. I run all of these aspects and hope you enjoy the results of this effort in the form of effects pedals for your pleasure.
